Great food and convenient location. We went for a romantic escape and the food was the highlight of our stay. Menu options were varied and tasty. the location was also ideal, being in a quiet area but still easily accessible to the city center. We also appreciated the secure parking.
Dated and disappointing amenities. the amenities were quite disappointing and dated.

This hotel exudes luxury and elegance with its exclusive amenities and impeccable service. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. the room was tastefully decorated and provided all the comforts we could ask for. the restaurant exceeded our expectations, serving exquisite dishes with excellent presentation. the bar/lounge area was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a drink.
While our overall experience was exceptional, we encountered a minor issue with the Wi-Fi connection in our room.

This hotel is conveniently located in a quiet residential street, yet within walking distance of the city center. the multilingual bell captain offers great guest service, even going the extra mile to take mail to the post office. the restaurant provides excellent menu choices, food presentation, and quality. the hotel offers secure parking in an underground garage.
The physical plant of the hotel is old and could benefit from refurbishing.

During our Christmas stay at this hotel, we enjoyed the festive atmosphere and the complimentary Christmas dinner provided by the hotel. The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to many shops and restaurants in the area. the hotel facilities were clean and the hotel staff was friendly.
The room we stayed in during our visit was outdated and could have used some updating. The Wi-Fi signal in the room was also weak, making it difficult to connect to the internet.
